Your payment method will be charged for 100% of booking fare 10 days prior to arrival
Self check-in between 3pm and 10pm. Late check in only by pre-approval
Check out 11am
No pets
The bunk room is 16+ | private rooms are 12+. People under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
No smoking
Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am; otherwise feel free to scream at the top of your lungs (kidding, please don't)
We reserve the right to remove anyone for disruptive behavior
We will charge excess cleaning fees and charge for damages if repairs or excess cleaning is required
No firearms or fireworks
Cancellations will be refunded if made before 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days, the reservation is nonrefundable
Drinking is allowed. Drunk behavior is not allowed
Clean up after yourselves in common areas
We supply towels but please consider bringing your own
We are Euro style in our bedding and supply a fitted sheet and duvet. If you want a top sheet, feel free to bring your own
